New and updated packages in this release include:-
- Phyloseq v1.19.1 - A set of classes and tools to facilitate the import, storage, analysis, and graphical display of microbiome census data.
- Qiime v1.9.1 - An open source software package for comparison and analysis of microbial communities, primarily based on high-throughput amplicon sequencing data.

We’ve got lots more in the pipeline for our next release of Alces Gridware which will add new and improved applications optimally compiled and ready-to-go! If you have any suggestions for packages that you’d like to see in future Alces Gridware releases - please start a thread in here and we’ll endeavour to get them into a future release!
